Welcome to Haven & Hound. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of havenandhound.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Haven & Hound. "You" refers to anyone who visits the Site or buys from us.

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Natural materials such as wood may also vary slightly in grain and tone from piece to piece. Product measurements are approximate, so please check the size details before ordering.

3. Pet Safety

Our products are designed with your pet's comfort and safety in mind. To keep them safe:

  • Follow any assembly and care instructions provided
  • Choose the right size for your pet using the measurements listed
  • Supervise your pet when introducing a new product
  • Check products regularly for wear or damage, and stop using any damaged item

Our products are not chew toys. We're not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, chewing, improper assembly, or failure to follow care instructions.

4. Pricing and Payment

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after your order has been confirmed.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. By submitting payment, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Orders

Your order confirmation email does not mean we've accepted your order. We may limit or cancel orders for reasons including:

  • Product availability
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraud

If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll issue a full refund.
